What is WELS.

Water Efficient Labelling Scheme is an Australian government initiative in partnership with State and Territory governments. The star rating quickly allows consumer to quickly compare the water efficiency of different products. It specifies rate of water consumption such as flow rate, litres per flush or litres per wash lets you estimate how much water the product will use. All products are registered with the product code and license number on a national data base.

Can i return my products if i change mind?

We have a no questions asked 30 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with the product or change your mind we will provide shipping details for you to drop at any Australia Post office.

The product and packaging just needs to be in the same conditions as when we sent it to you.

What is the process for warranty's.

Why does Indigo Haus only sell online

We strive to bring our customers modern designer products at the lowest possible cost. Our philosophy is to bring the products direct to the consumer which cuts out the need to sell through a retailer who will generally add another 40% to every product they sell. It also allows us to bring you the latest designs in the quickest possible time frame. Once a range is selected to bring to market we have it available to purchase online within 90 days.

Can i see the products before i purchase them?

No. But we do have a no questions asked 30 day returns policy. If you are unhappy with the product we will provide shipping information and you just drop it any Australia post and we will return your payment.

Best cleaning instruction for Tapware

Wipe over with warm soapy water is all that is required to maintain the finish in perfect condition for a lifetime of use. Where your Tapware remains dry in use, a soft cloth can be used to remove surface dust. Please never use harsh detergents, citrus based cleaners or abrasive cleaners, on any products as these will scratch the surface. Please do not use undue pressure when wiping the products.

If my tap is dripping what should I do?

Replace the o-rings. If this does not fix the issue please call a licensed plumber.

I have a gravity Feed hot water unit. Can i use mixers and a hand shower.

Our products are not designed to work with low pressure. We have a minimum requirement of 150kpa and maximum of 500kpa. If the pressure is greater than 500 kpa please ensure an approved pressure limiting device is installed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We always endeavour to get our orders despatched within 24 hours from receipt. It can take anywhere from 2 to days from despatch for metro city deliveries and 4 to 7 days for regional areas.

Our products are made in China from factories that we have personally been dealing with for over 10 years. Our team has over 20 years of experience working within this industry.
